RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time with NO REFUND for:
- Usage of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments/remarks, racism, threats, any act of violence, harassment, disruptive, abusive behavior, and language we feel is inappropriate
- 10 minutes late or no shows for an appointment without notice
- Contagious nail condition, open wounds, or any illness that may potentially cause harm to other
OUR GUARANTEE
NO REFUNDS
We will redo any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work provided by:
- Telling us immediately before leaving the salon
- Contacting us within 3 days after your service
Any issues reported longer than 3 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of the damage that you have caused.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
We do not treat INGROWN nails. Consult a podiatrist for your medical needs.
Inform us if you have a special medical condition (Diabetes, blooding thinning, etc), allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service
LATE ARRIVALS
We offer a 10-minute grace period for your appointment. If you will be late, notify us 1 hour prior to your appointment, otherwise, your scheduled technician may not be available. We reserve the right to reschedule you, in order to keep our next client on schedule.
PHONES
As a courtesy to others, please set your phone to silent or vibrate. Communication via speaker phone and FaceTime (or the like) is not permitted to preserve clients’ experience and privacy.
CHILD SAFETY
We strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker
If your child becomes unruly, cries excessively, or disrupts the other clients in the salon, we reserve the right to ask you and your child to leave. This policy helps ensure that all clients enjoy a relaxing salon experience
PERSONAL ITEMS
We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
PETS
Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology has specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Raizun Gift Cards are acceptable tenders for all services. All other forms of payment, including checks, will not be accepted.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or salon packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the technician immediately after service or upon check out at the front desk with Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Cash App, and other payment services.
